This page explains how to delete your Sworn account (package
com.adiram.sworn, published by Adiram) and everything stored with it —
either from inside the app, or by request if you no longer have it installed.
This is immediate and needs no contact with us. If you still have Sworn installed, use this.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it separately in the Google Play Store — deleting your Sworn account does not cancel Play billing, and Sworn cannot cancel it on your behalf.
If you've already uninstalled Sworn, can't sign in, or would simply rather we did it, email us and we'll delete the account for you.
Please include, so we can identify the right account:
SWRN-XXXXXX, shown in Settings).Send it from the email address on the account where possible — it's the quickest way for us to confirm the request is really yours. If you can't, we may ask you one or two questions to verify ownership before deleting anything, because an unverified deletion request is itself a way to attack someone's account.
We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days.
Whichever route you use, the same thing happens. All of this is removed:
| Data | What it is |
|---|---|
| Your profile | Email address, display name, Sworn ID, notification tokens |
| Your Sworn ID registration | Released so the ID can be issued again |
| Goals and limit history | The cloud backup of your commitments |
| Synced usage history | Every daily record stored for your account |
| Approval requests | Every request you sent or received, on both sides |
| Tamper events | Protection-disabled records, on both sides |
| Subscription record | Our copy of your purchase state, and the claim tying that purchase to this account |
| Your sign-in account | The Firebase Authentication account itself, deleted last |
If you paid for Premium and later delete your account, the purchase claim is released rather than left pointing at an account that no longer exists — so a future Sworn account of yours can still use "Restore purchase". You won't be locked out of what you paid for.
